Arch Technical Department offers 3 services:
• Technical assistance
Equipment repairs, technical advice, etc. Arch technicians will answer by phone all your questions about equipment (use, maintenance, restocking, etc.).
• Spares ordering
Arch Technical Department also manages orders for spares. Send your orders by fax. Orders will be dispatched within an optimum deadline of 3 days on average.
